Carlo Nardone is a dual-qualified attorney in the U.S. and Italy, specializing in corporate law, M&A, and cross-border business transactions between Europe and the U.S. With hands-on experience in both markets, he provides strategic legal guidance to international clients.
Detail-oriented and driven, Carlo continuously hones his skills in leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving. Outside of law, he serves on the board of a nonprofit and has a strong passion for sports, having competed as a Taekwondo athlete.
Michael Scarpellini
Michael Scarpellini has deep experience in building companies, focusing on contract negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, and IP licensing. As a law clerk, he provides strategic guidance to help businesses grow and navigate complex transactions. A 2L Juris Doctor (JD) student in California and a board member for tech startups, Michael is passionate about helping clients scale companies nationally and worldwide. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family.
